Data Deletion

Inspectra customers and authorized users can request deletion of account data and related operational records, subject to compliance, safety, legal, and customer retention requirements.

What You Can Request

  • Account profile deletion or deactivation.
  • Driver access removal from a customer tenant.
  • Deletion review for uploaded files, reports, and service records.
  • Export or deletion instructions for tenant administrators.

How To Request Deletion

Email notify@getinspectra.com with your name, company, role, and the data you want reviewed.

Compliance Records

Some DVIR, DOT inspection, accident, maintenance, and vehicle file records may need to be retained by the customer for compliance, audit, legal, or safety reasons. When deletion is restricted, Inspectra will help the authorized tenant administrator understand the available options.
