  • Inspectra may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempts to:

  • Bypass authentication or role restrictions.
  • Access another tenant's data.
  • Upload malicious content or violate applicable laws.

4. Email Verification Terms

By providing your work email, you consent to receive email messages from Inspectra related to authentication (OTP), account access, and operational notifications.

  • Message frequency varies by user activity and tenant configuration.
  • Delivery timing depends on your email provider and mailbox controls.
  • You are responsible for maintaining an accessible inbox for sign-in verification.
  • For help, contact Inspectra support through official channels.

Email services are provided through third-party vendors. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by provider policy and availability.

5. Fees and Billing

Paid features and subscription terms are governed by your selected plan and billing provider checkout terms. Failure to maintain an active subscription may limit or suspend service access.

6. Intellectual Property

Inspectra and related branding, software, and content are owned by Inspectra and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.

7. Disclaimer

Inspectra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
