3. Email OTP Privacy

Inspectra uses email-based one-time passcode (OTP) authentication and account-related notifications. Email delivery timing may vary by provider and mailbox filtering.

For support, contact us directly. Critical account security and service emails may still be sent as required to operate your account.

Email authentication and consent data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing/promotional purposes.

4. Sharing and Subprocessors

We share data only as needed to provide the service, including infrastructure, authentication, email, payment, and messaging providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Inspectra uses role-based access controls, private file storage, signed URLs, and tenant isolation controls designed to protect customer data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards.

We retain account and operational data for as long as needed to provide services, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion subject to legal and operational requirements.

8. Children's Privacy

Inspectra is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
